About Us

Horizon Corporations is comprised of three affiliated not-for-profits: Horizon Health Services, Horizon Village and Horizon Health Alliance.

Horizon Health Services, Inc. is a not-for-profit corporation providing hope and healing for individuals and their families dealing with substance use and/or mental health disorders.

Established in 1975, we are one of the largest providers of outpatient mental health and substance use treatment in Western New York.

Horizon Village is the corporate entity that operates our substance use disorder withdrawal (detox) and residential programs. The Sanborn Campus is home to Horizon Village, Freedom Village, Delta Village, and Aurora Village. The Horizon Village Terrace House campus operates inpatient detox and crisis stabilization.

Horizon Health Alliance, Ltd. (HHA) provides management services for all Horizon corporations.

Value Network is an affiliation of healthcare partners working proactively and with conviction to develop and implement integrative clinical solutions to the inefficiencies and communication gaps plaguing our healthcare system. Horizon serves as one of the four leading organizations in this Behavioral Health Care Collaborative (BHCC).
