Horizon offers in-person open access for mental health and substance use evaluations. Those interested in being seen during open access can simply walk in at any time during the available hours listed below. Your first appointment will last for about one hour. During your first appointment, you will meet with a counselor who will assess your immediate needs, history, symptoms, and your goals.
