Personality Disorders: Assessment and Treatment

Explore assessment and interventions for personality disorders, including theory and therapeutic skills in individual and group settings. Learn how to define the elements of personality disorders, including the classifications levels of cluster “a”, “b”, and “c”. Uncover practical and appropriate interventions for the effective treatment of individuals with personality disorders.
Mental Health First Aid

In this training, you’ll learn how to help people developing a mental illness or who are in a crisis. You’ll be able to recognize the potential risk factors and warning signs for a range of mental health problems, including: depression, anxiety/trauma, psychosis and psychotic disorders, substance use disorders, and self-injury. You’ll then find out how to use a 5-step action plan to help an individual in crisis connect with appropriate professional help.
