RN Residential

The RN Residential position will include completing comprehensive medical assessments, administering intramuscular medications, assisting psychiatric providers with medication management and integration appointments. Additional duties will include teaching preventative health and wellness, education on smoking cessation, and education on CoMorbid conditions for addiction and mental health problems.

  • Requirements: Associates Degree or better in Nursing
  • Hours: Monday-Thursday from 11 p.m. to 9 a.m. (includes $2 shift differential for overnights)

Counselor—Chemical Dependency

Under the supervision of the Program Director, the Chemical Dependency Counselor is responsible for assessing patient needs in areas of service planning, group process and direct services to patients. Duties will include maintaining a caseload consistent with regulations, conducting comprehensive assessment of patient needs, developing treatment plans based on assessment, initiating consultation of multidisciplinary team regarding assessment and treatment plans, and providing ongoing assessment and modification as needs change.

  • Requirements: Approved licensures include CASAC, LMSW, LCSW, LMHC
  • Hours: Monday-Friday (two evening shifts per week)
  • Location: An outpatient clinic in Erie or Niagara County

Nurse Practitioner

The Nurse Practitioner position will include providing initial psychiatric examinations for individuals admitted to mental health, chemical dependency, and rehabilitation and recovery programs, as well as ongoing follow-up services. Additional duties will include participating in clinical case conference and reviews, prescribing medication, communicating to primary counselor, and reviewing and signing treatment plans.

  • Requirements: MD or DO, PNP NP NY state license and board certified (minimally board eligible) in Psychiatry
  • Hours: Monday-Friday (8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. or 9 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.)
  • Location: Various clinics in Niagara and Erie County

Administrative Assistant

Under the supervision of the Office Manager, the Administrative Assistant provides administrative support to all staff by greeting/directing patients, collecting payment for services, scheduling appointments, answering/directing calls on a multi-line phone system, completing necessary typing, copying, and faxing, and maintaining clinical records in a fast paced office setting.

  • Requirements: Associates Degree or better

Mental Health Counselor

Under the supervision of the Program Director, the Mental Health Counselor is responsible for assessing client needs in areas of service planning, group process, and direct services to patients.
