As a graduate from Medaille College, Mallary holds a master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling as well as a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Canisius College. Using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Person-Centered Therapy, Mallary helps those she works with make steps towards self-acceptance and increased self-esteem.

Nicholas holds a master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Medaille College along with a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from The University at Buffalo. Nicholas believes therapy works best when it is aimed towards the needs, goals, and desires of individuals. He uses a variety of treatment modalities including Motivational Interviewing (MI), Schema Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR).
