Horizon offers HOPE
Especially to those individuals suffering from substance use or mental health disorders. All funds raised from this fun family event goes directly to additional programming and opportunities on our Horizon Village Campus and other Horizon locations. These funds will provide programs and education that specifically meet the unique needs of adolescents, young adults and adults struggling with substance use disorders along with their families and loved ones.
Our services offer people a new chance at living healthy and productive lives, and return them to their families, friends and communities. Your support is helping our mission: Recovery. Changing Lives. Saving Lives.

When: Sunday, September 18, 2016
Time: Registration begins at 8:30 a.m. and the walk begins at 10:00 a.m.
Where: Delaware Park Ring Road (near Colvin and Amherst Street)
The details:
Registration is $25 for everyone 12 and older which includes a free t-shirt! Children under 12 are encouraged to participate! Registration is free for kids, and if they want a t-shirt it is $10.
