This Holiday Season, Don’t Forget Your Mental Health!

While the holidays can be a hopeful and exciting time for some, they can be a difficult time for those who are going through changes, struggling with substance use, or struggling with their mental health. It’s also important to remember that not everyone can or wants to celebrate during the holidays.

This holiday season, we want to remind you that you are not alone. Stress during the holidays can be common, but if it worsens, don’t be afraid to seek help. It can be easy to lose sight of prioritizing your mental health during this time of year, but we are here to encourage you focus on yourself and your well-being, even amidst a time that can feel so overwhelming.
