Services Offered

Horizon provides treatment, recovery, and support services to children, adolescents, adults and families affected by mental health and substance use disorders. Services and programs offered by Horizon include individual and group counseling, specialty medical and psychiatric care, stabilization and medically supervised withdrawal detoxification in a residential setting, intensive residential substance use rehabilitation with specialized programming for veterans, young adults, women, family education, and counseling, parent and family support coordination, addiction medicine consultations, opiate overdose prevention training, recovery coaching and peer support services, care coordination, community outreach and education, harm reduction services, and a therapy dog program.
