Thanksgiving at Horizon Village is shaping up to be one of the best Thanksgivings we’ve ever had. Here’s a lineup of our upcoming events.
The 2nd Annual Turkey Trot Race
Clients may choose to run, jog or walk the loop. We will be awarding prizes for the top male and female finishers at the post-race party. Healthy snacks from Wegman’s will be enjoyed by all finishers, and cheerleaders (staff and clients) at the party.
Church Service
Representatives from the Lockport Christian Church will be here mid-morning on Thanksgiving for a service in the Lecture Hall. All staff and clients are welcome to participate.
Afternoon at the Movies
An afternoon holiday movie will be shown in the lecture hall before our holiday feast.
The Feast
A scrumptious holiday turkey dinner with all the trimmings will be served mid-day in the dining hall.
Late Night Entertainment & Snacks
An evening holiday movie in the lecture hall, and delicious seasonal pies will be served in the evening.
