Horizon Health has exciting new positions at our rehab and detox facilities in Erie and Niagara Counties.
Specifically we are looking for caring professionals for our new Delta Village facility located on the Horizon Village Campus in Sanborn, NY. Delta Village is an innovative substance use treatment center for young adults and will be opening early Fall. Delta Village will have 25-beds for young adults with serious substance use disorders .
Full time, part-time and per diem positions are available. Bachelors or residential experience preferred.

- Rehab Treatment assistants
- Counselors (addiction)
- RNs
- LPNs
