Horizon’s Stronger Together Action Plan guides our efforts in advancing health equity within our organization, community, and for those we serve. Our plan includes three commitments that drive actionable change in moving us forward with our goals.
This month, we are spotlighting Commitment #1:
We will foster an inclusive workplace through continuous learning, leadership and career development programs, and social impact initiatives to promote cultural awareness and reinforce our commitment to equity and a truly inclusive and accessible work environment.
Through the ongoing efforts of our Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DEIB) Council, we stand firm in this commitment. With representation and voices from various positions and levels across our entire organization, the Council continuously works on initiatives to uphold and enhance a workplace culture where all feel like they belong.
