As we wrap up Horizon’s 50th Anniversary year, we look back on the past 5 decades of growth, innovation, and impact. First opening in 1975 as Erie County Mental Health Services Corporation 2, Horizon has grown to expand across Erie, Niagara, and Genesee counties to meet the needs of the community.
