In response to the concerns over the recent cases of Ebola in the US, it is important that you tell the front staff immediately if:
- You traveled to impacted Ebola outbreak areas
- You had contact with anyone symptomatic within the last 21 days.
Symptoms of Ebola include:
- Fever (greater than 101.5°F)
- Severe headache
- Muscle pain
- Weakness
- Diarrhea
- Vomiting
- Abdominal pain
- Unexplained bleeding or bruising
