Support Horizon, a Nonprofit Organization

When you give to Horizon, you are directly supporting the lives of those affected by substance use and mental health disorders.

For those making a donation in loving memory or in honor of an individual, please specify in the “Additional Comments” section. If you’d like someone to be notified of your donation, be sure to include the individual’s contact information (name & address) so that we can send them a notification letter in the mail.

Opportunities to Support Our Mission

Horizon’s Hallway of Hope

We know hope is an essential element in the pursuit of recovery from behavioral health disorders. Horizon’s Hallway of Hope allows individuals or companies to purchase an individualized plaque that will become a beautiful art installment on the Horizon Village Campus in the Wellness Center. Funds received from the campaign will provide additional resources such as wellness and fitness programming, family programming, alumni programming, community education, and advocacy.
