- Find a calming hobby – Try reading, doing a puzzle, coloring or another activity that helps settle your mind and body.
- Have a “you” day or night – Take a warm shower, do a face mask, spend some time doing what you enjoy!

- Stick to a healthy sleep schedule – Set a bedtime for yourself to ensure you are getting enough sleep every night.
- Make connections – Reach out to friends, family, and other loved ones. Staying in touch with those who can provide emotional support is important!
- Stay hydrated and keep a balanced diet – Drinking plenty of water and eating a balanced and regular diet are very important to your energy, mood, and overall well-being.
- Exercise – Take a short walk or try a few minutes of yoga!
- Take a break from your phone – Try avoiding your phone for the first 30 minutes after you wake up and before you go to bed or set timing limitations.
