Celebrating 50 Years of Impact!

We’re honored to share Horizon’s 2025 Annual Report — a year that was both memorable and deeply meaningful as we celebrated our 50th Anniversary. This milestone offered us a moment to reflect on our history, honor the people who built our foundation, and look forward with renewed purpose to the decades ahead.
Thank you for your ongoing support and partnership. We hope this report provides insight into the impact we’ve made together and inspires continued progress as we carry our mission forward into the next 50 years.
Hertel-Elmwood Ribbon Cutting
Our Hertel-Elmwood Recovery Center has expanded! On February 13th, we celebrated a 10,000 square foot expansion of our clinic, inclusive of a beautiful new space for enhanced child and adolescent services and perinatal programming.
We’re incredibly grateful to our funding partners – the James H. Cummings Foundation, Highmark Blue Cross Blue Shield of Western New York Blue Fund, and M&T Bank – whose generosity made this expansion possible.
A heartfelt thank you to our valued partners, elected officials, community members, and staff who joined us to show their support for our mission.
