Horizon’s Perinatal Outreach & Resource Connection Forum!

On March 25th, Horizon hosted a Perinatal Outreach & Resource Connection Forum for community partners, perinatal professionals, and community members. Our amazing panelists and resource partners shared powerful insights on how we can better support parents and families during the perinatal journey. Our community is stronger when we collaborate and come together with knowledge, compassion, and resources.

Thank you to everyone who joined us at the community forum!

We Are Stronger Together

At Horizon, our social commitment to our community focuses on supporting and standing in solidarity with underserved and underrepresented communities. As part of this commitment, our Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DEIB) Council recently volunteered at FeedMore WNY, working to package 600 lunches for school students across Western New York.

We’re so grateful for the incredible work FeedMore WNY does to support our neighbors in need and ensure food access and equity are recognized as human rights.
