Horizon Health Services promotes Brenda John-Banach, LMSW, CASAC, to the position of Vice President of Outpatient Operations
Buffalo, NY – Anne Constantino, President and CEO of Horizon Health Services, announces the promotion of Brenda John-Banach, LMSW, CASAC, to the position of Vice President of Outpatient Operations.
In her new position and as a member of Horizon’s executive management team, John-Banach will oversee the clinical operations of the organization’s 18 outpatient mental health and chemical dependency treatment programs, vocational support services and case management programs, which provide treatment to more than 9,000 consumers annually.
“Brenda’s experience in various positions at Horizon will play a critical and important role in her new position,” says Constantino. “She is well-qualified to help insure Horizon continues to provide the gold standard in treatment for our consumers.”
John-Banach, who has been with Horizon Health Services since 1988, has served in various positions, including senior director of Erie County outpatient services; senior coordinator of chemical dependency services and coordinator of quality assurance.
A licensed master social worker (LMSW) and a NYS credentialed alcoholism and substance abuse counselor (CASAC), John-Banach holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology and a master’s of social work degree from SUNY at Buffalo. She serves on the Independent Health Clinical Advisory Group and is a past board member of the WNY Chemical Dependency Consortium. She resides in Williamsville, NY.
