Horizon Health Services appoints Lisa Arnet to the position of Senior Director of Human Resources

Buffalo, NY – Anne Constantino, President and CEO of Horizon Health Services, announces the appointment of Lisa Arnet to the position of Senior Director of Human Resources.

In her new position as a member of Horizon’s executive management team, Arnet will be responsible for creating new recruitment and retention strategies; creating employee recognition programs; providing overall strategic leadership to HR; developing and implementing policies/procedures and program/services for organizational development and overseeing compliance, employee benefits, compensation and employee relations.

Formerly an Employee Benefits Consultant for Vanner Insurance Agency and former president of We Care Transportation, Lisa is also a former Horizon board member.  She is a past recipient of Business First’s 40 Under Forty Award and she was a Buffalo News Hero of the Year. In addition, Lisa has received the National Kidney Foundation Volunteer of the Year award, the PTA Innovation Award, the BLES Community Service Award, the Niagara Lutheran Community Humanitarian Award and the Yellow Rose of Zonta Award.

Lisa is a member of the Buffalo/Niagara Human Resource Association and the Society for Human Resource Management. Lisa resides in Williamsville with her husband and son.
