HORIZON HEALTH SERVICES ANNOUNCES BOARDS OF DIRECTORS APPOINTMENTS

Buffalo, NY – Horizon Health Services, Inc. announces several appointments to its boards of directors.
         The following have been appointed to the Horizon Health Services Board: Mark Cramer, Esq. of Hiscock & Barclay, LLP, was elected to his first term as Chair. Katie Kenney, community representative, has been re-elected to her third term as Vice Chair. Joseph S. Sankoh, MA, MAIS, Ph.D., Director, Department of Academic Service Learning and Professor of Political Science, History and Government Department, Daemen College, has been re-elected to his third term as Secretary. In addition, Lisa Arnet, Employee Benefit Consultant, Vanner Insurance Agency, has been elected to her first term as a director and Suzanne Johnson, LCSW, MS, CASAC, Senior Counselor, Buffalo State College, has been elected to her first term as a director.
         The following have been appointed to the Horizon Village Board: Katie Kenney, community representative, was re-elected to her third term as Chair. Michael Maxwell, Esq. of Hodgson Russ Attorneys LLP, was elected to his first term as Vice Chair. Rev. Jesse Scott, Word of Life Ministries Church, was re-elected to his third term as Secretary.
In addition, Lisa Arnet, Employee Benefit Consultant, Vanner Insurance Agency, has been elected to her first term as a director and Suzanne Johnson, LCSW, MS, CASAC, Senior Counselor, Buffalo State College, has been elected to her first term as a director.
         The following have been appointed to the Health Management Group Board: Pete Grum, President, Rand Capital, was re-elected to his second term as Chair. Dan DiPofi, Chief Operating Officer, Hockey Western New York, LLC, was re-elected to his second term as Vice Chair. Mark Cramer, Esq., Hiscock & Barclay, LLP, was re-elected to his second term as Secretary. Paul Candino, President & CEO, Prism Health Networks, Inc., was elected to his first term as a director.
