Horizon Health Services appoints Erin Elizabeth Ryan to the position of Vice President, Finance/CFO

Buffalo, NY – Anne Constantino, President and CEO of Horizon Health Services, announces the appointment of Erin Elizabeth Ryan to the position of Vice President, Finance/Chief Financial Officer.
         In her new position as a member of Horizon’s executive management team, Ryan will be responsible for the strategic and operational aspects of the organization’s financial planning, management and development. Ryan is a graduate of St. Bonaventure University, where she received a B.S. degree in accounting with a secondary concentration in Pharmacy from West Virginia University. She is also a Certified Public Accountant. Prior to accepting the position at Horizon, Ryan was director of the Long Term Care Consulting Practice of Ernst & Young, where she worked for 16 years.
         “Erin’s experiences in financial services and healthcare are an asset to Horizon Health Services,” says Constantino. “She is a welcome addition to our staff.”
         A resident of Orchard Park, Ryan is past vice president and treasurer of the Mount Mercy Academy Alumni Board; a member of the Town of Orchard Park Safety Council and an active volunteer on numerous special committees for Women and Children’s Hospital and domestic violence organizations.
         Horizon Health Services is the largest and most comprehensive provider of fully-integrated mental health, behavioral health, chemical dependency, medical and vocational treatment and recovery services in Western New York. The organization operates nine outpatient clinics in Erie and Niagara Counties and a 50-bed residential facility.
